Are you a strong sales team support? Do you have sales and admin experience?

Another one of my lovely clients in Chessington is seeking a dedicated Sales Support to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to support their sales managers and contribute to a thriving team environment.

Salary: £30k to £36k plus benefits package including 20 days plus bank holidays increases annually, private healthcare, death in service, bonus incentive and parking on site

Location: Chessington - this is an office-based role

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the office, whilst also helping with the logistical running of events!

  • Supporting Sales Managers and assisting the Office Manager
  • Generating quotations and processing sales orders, invoicing, and credit notes
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinating courses and exhibitions
  • Managing demonstration equipment bookings
  • Providing holiday cover for other team members as needed
  • Ensuring high-quality administration across all tasks
What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar customer support function
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) - essential!
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software (desirable)
