Join a design-led luxury brand with a global footprint and a reputation for excellence. Our client, a UK-based manufacturer of high-end interior products, is seeking a confident and organised Sales Support Executive to help elevate customer experience and support international sales growth.

The Role

As Sales Support Executive, you'll be the calm, professional presence behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You'll work closely with UK and global sales teams, liaising with B2B clients, agents, and distributors to manage orders, resolve queries, and keep everything running like clockwork.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing customer service queries and owning resolutions
  • Coordinating with logistics and production to update clients on live orders
  • Supporting sales with quotes, proformas, payments, and dispatches
  • Maintaining CRM and MRP systems with accurate, up-to-date data
  • Handling phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Providing cover during team travel or leave to ensure continuity
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about getting the job done
  • A clear communicator with strong English literacy and numeracy
  • Confident and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with CRM systems (Prospects experience a plus)
  • Interested in interior design or lighting (bonus points!)
  • Proficient in a second language (advantageous but not essential)
  • Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven
