Job description
Warranty Coordinator (Fixed term contract 6 months) – Farnborough
  • Daily communication with Sales Managers, Customer Services Team, customers and other departments as needed.
  • Handling customer correspondence, quotations, orders, access issues and other requests via email and telephone.
  • Producing reports relating to titles and price information for customers, subscription agents and Sales Managers.
  • Using internal systems and databases to investigate and answer customer queries regarding subscriptions and Open Access, running quotes, preparing invoices and compiling details on Journal Collection title lists and prices.
Gogo Aftermarket Business Manager – Europe (ABM)
  • Identify new regional business opportunities.
  • Maintain key industry relationships and negotiate and close business deals.
  • Implement Gogo's business development strategy.
Individual Sales Consultant – Pacific Prime
  • Advise clients on private medical insurance options and help them select the most suitable plan.
  • Work with a consistent flow of leads generated through our global platforms.
Sales and Retention Consultant – Farnborough

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + Commission (£400‑£1,000 per month)

  • Drive sales across the UK/EMEA region.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Change Management Co‑ordinator – Internal applications only – Any UK site
  • Implement change management processes across the organization.
  • Coordinate and support internal teams.
Expedition Account Manager – Hybrid (Tongham, Surrey, home, on‑the‑road)

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £38,000‑£40,000)

  • Manage expedition accounts and provide operational support.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
