Sales Support Associate

Please note this position is based in London and this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate other locations cannot be considered.

A bit about the job

In this role you’ll provide essential support to the UK Institutional team helping drive growth by coordinating sales activities preparing for client meetings and assisting with events. You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of presentations reporting and CRM updates enabling the team to operate efficiently and maintain strong client relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the business you’ll contribute to new business opportunities through RFPs marketing initiatives and research while playing a key role in presenting a consistent and compelling message to institutional clients. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines prioritising tasks and ensuring accuracy in materials and data as well as supporting the planning and execution of pitches events and internal briefings. You’ll also maintain Salesforce CRM track pipeline activity and provide insights through market research and MI analysis to inform strategic decisions. This is a varied and impactful role where your attention to detail and proactive approach will help shape how Aviva is perceived and influence client outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • IMC desirable or an indication that you are working towards this.
  • Self‑starter pro‑active and creative approach to problem solving and seeking out information
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Confident presentable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders.
