Are you passionate about supporting sales teams and building strong relationships? We’re looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our dynamic team at Clear Business. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for sales support and administration queries, ensuring our sales channels and partners operate efficiently and with a strong customer focus.

You’ll provide guidance on pricing, processes, and compliance; while also equipping our partners with the tools they need to manage debt collection and complete contracts accurately. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall effectiveness.

What we want you to do
  • Act as the central point of contact for sales support queries from channel partners.
  • Provide guidance to sales colleagues to ensure compliance with approved processes.
  • Support partners with reporting, account investigations, payment plans, change of tenancy processes and debt recovery.
  • Use performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Build strong relationships across Clear Business and with our partners.
  • Proactively recommend and implement workflow enhancements.
What success in the role looks like
  • Responding to customer and partner enquiries professionally and on time.
  • Producing accurate reports within agreed timescales.
  • Supporting cash collection objectives through accurate payment processing and debt recovery.
What you need to have already done to be right for this role
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a high-volume B2B sales, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in debt recovery or collections (utilities industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer account management and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with multiple products, pricing structures, and contract terms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales.
  • CRM or Salesforce experience (preferred but not essential).
