Sales Support Administrator – Spider is advertising on behalf of our client whois looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the Sales Team full-time at the Head Office in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of an assigned sales area while supporting both customers and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for after-sales enquiries, providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Using office software and CRM tools, you will process orders, maintain accurate records, handle enquiries, and support the wider Sales and Operations teams in delivering a seamless experience. Working hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 7:45am-5pm, based at the Head Office in Lowestoft.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be friendly, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding service. You will have experience communicating with customers, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and supporting wider teams. You will bring excellent time management, strong IT skills, and the ability to build rapport and solve problems efficiently. Your proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented approach will set you apart.
Experience using CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, and email confidently is essential. Previous experience in a sales support or customer-focused environment is highly advantageous.
