Job description

The Sales Operations team connects our Gaydon headquarters with regional sales teams and our global dealer network. This team sets sales targets, monitors orders received into the factory, and provides essential support to Aston Martin dealers around the world., We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Commercial team on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026. In this role, you will provide accurate, timely administrative and data support that enables the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and helps us deliver a world-class experience to our dealer partners. You will support both the Sales Operations and Sales Planning teams, attending weekly Commercial regional meetings to record and distribute minutes, actions, and ownership. You will assist with dealer finance claims, manage data across systems such as Excel, Infor, and Salesforce, and support the introduction of a new ERP system by maintaining and updating data as new features are introduced. The position also involves receipting supplier invoices, raising purchase orders and non-production invoices, and running daily wholesale and retail status reports for the regional teams. You will help ensure pricing accuracy by carrying out price checks and corrections on vehicle invoices, support regional inboxes during busy periods, and provide holiday cover for the Dealer Support Coordinator. Additionally, you will be responsible for allocating and issuing deposits for limited edition vehicles, as well as providing ad-hoc administrative support across the wider Commercial function as needed.
