Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Wealth Management Professional in the Client Outreach Team to deliver a seamless account-opening experience for PWM’s largest clients. You will work with Private Wealth Advisors to onboard clients efficiently and promptly, while improving processes and sharing best practices across the PWM business.

You will engage with clients throughout the onboarding process, build knowledge of client structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
• Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders

• Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Identify efficiencies and develop best practices for broader use
• Act as a key liaison with teams supporting PWM client onboarding
• Partner with Client Onboarding, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams

Private Wealth Management (PWM)secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

The Client Outreach Team, part of the PWM Centre of Excellence, supports a seamless end-to-end client onboarding experience. The team works directly with clients and partners closely with sales, operations and other stakeholders to open accounts efficiently and effectively.
