Job summary

New Look is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to deliver the ultimate shopping experience. You will ensure customers receive the highest level of service and want to return, while inspiring your team to help customers look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever they are.

You will set exceptional standards and lead your people to deliver high quality results, fostering a relaxed, friendly, customer-focused experience and supporting your own development

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

You will be passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly and customer focussed experience. You will have previous retail management experience, gained from a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
