A leading global jewellery company is seeking a Sales Standards Support & Comms Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards across stores. The role requires a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data for operational improvements. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects while enhancing customer experience. Contract: permanent/full-time
Location: Hybrid working with three days in the office
This role will look after the day-to-day management, operational efficiency, and tactical execution within the retail operations framework. Ensure consistent operational standards across all stores
