A leading entertainment company seeks a Sales Solutions Specialist to drive revenue growth through programmatic strategies in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital advertising experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and will excel in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with clients and partners to maximize opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

The Sales Solutions Team serves as a strategic overlay to client, agency sales, and account management teams, specializing in client technology integrations, audience-driven media strategies, and programmatic media sales spanning client direct, agency, and reseller/aggregator business segments. The Emerging Business sales team is part of the broader Sales Solutions team and is responsible for activating, fulfilling and accelerating inbound programmatic demand from our Emerging Business segment, made up of advertisers/agencies not covered by our Direct sales team. The team works closely with DSPs and local resellers, driving proactive outbound sales efforts through scalable strategies and automated solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and strategic sales solutions specialist to join our Sales Solutions team. The candidate will be accountable for driving revenue growth for this segment in the EMEA region and will be the main point of contact for these advertisers and agencies. They will collaborate with programmatic channel partners (e.g., DSPs, resellers, aggregators) to accelerate inbound demand and drive adoption from new advertisers - This includes overseeing commercial activities including pitch, upsell, optimization, retention, and renewal. This is a team of experts who curate and execute inventory strategies that enable Emerging Business programmatic buyers to make investments that best address their campaign objectives while also developing and deploying scalable activation playbooks, checklists and educational resources to optimise the buyer journey and maximise commercial impact.
The ideal candidate will bring ad tech and programmatic industry expertise, data-driven problem solving, and stellar communication skills. They should be a proven high-performer in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role will ensure that advertisers of all sizes receive consultative, consistent engagement to drive business outcomes in a scalable, repeatable fashion.
