Job summary

B&Q Worthing is hiring a Sales & Service Team Manager on a permanent contract. You will lead front end, showroom and TradePoint teams, shaping the customer experience and driving sales through exceptional service.

You’ll build an inclusive, high performing team, coach others, ensure safety and compliance, and embody the Make Every Customer Count philosophy while delivering strong store performance and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large part of our store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint + Front end to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee safety, security + compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
