Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer requests.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends for better decisions.
  • Produce reports for senior management covering various metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service standards.
