A telecommunications company in Greater London is seeking a Sales and Retention Executive to drive customer engagement and subscriptions to their products and services. Successful candidates will convert inbound calls to sales, have strong communication skills, and engage in proactive customer retention. This full-time position involves a 37.5-hour workweek, including evenings and Saturdays, with a focus on working towards KPIs and providing excellent customer service. Competitive salary with commissions offered.
We are looking for Sales and Retention Executives to initiate contact with potential customers who have expressed an interest in Voneus (via our website or through local engagement) in order to sign them up to our products and services.
Youll be working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days which will include evenings and Saturdays. It is expected that you will work at least two lates each week.
