This role will be responsible for nurturing and developing revenue from warm leads across our funded online course area. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective customers, generate interest in our products or services.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with motivated learners looking to invest in themselves. You’ll:
- Responsible for qualifying leads and understanding their suitability to move forward to enrol onto their chosen course.
- Make outbound dials to warm leads, who have enquired through one of our multiple lead channels.
- Engage with customers across multiple channels and connect with as many leads as possible.
- Work with potential students to understand their needs and educate them on their options.
- Pass qualified leads through to Course Booking Executives to book learners to study.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings or sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads that have shown interest and nurture relationships until they are ready for the next step in the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For In You
- Ability to engage prospects and convey the value of our product/service clearly and confidently.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable with phone, email, and social selling.

Working Hours
You will work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
