Qualifications

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle im HVAC-Bereich.

Job description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the most trusted names within the HVAC space in North America. Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. They are seeking a new HVAC Sales Rep to join their team, based out of their Victoria branch.

This position involves a blend of inside sales & outside sales responsibilities.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, including salary and additional earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Negotiations: Secure projects by negotiating with clients and staying informed about the job market.
  2. Order Management: Process customer orders upon receipt of approved submittals, handle change orders and site instructions, including pricing adjustments.
  3. Customer Interaction: Resolve discrepancies with customers or site contacts regarding orders and provide regular updates on delivery status.
  4. Project Closure: Ensure projects are fully invoiced and maintenance documentation is submitted to close out completed projects.
  5. Quote Generation: Provide quotes for jobs not listed on bid boards, including email requests, and ensure quotes are accurately entered with the correct product codes.
  6. Order and Bid Review: Evaluate purchase orders and bid documents to maximize profitability.
  7. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer service approach, improving service quality, minimizing costs, and enhancing the company's competitive edge.
  8. Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term customer relationships through open communication and trust.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC or similar industry.
  2. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing projects and teams.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful, with a positive and energetic attitude.
  5. Professional demeanor and approach to business.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  9. A strong work ethic, with integrity and respect for colleagues and clients alike.
