About The Role

The Sales Representative, Europe is a strategic, market-facing sales leader responsible for accelerating DriveWealth’s expansion and commercial success in a priority international region. This role owns the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting Tier-1 global institutions and cultivating C-level relationships to negotiating complex, multi-year commercial agreements. • Own the full business development lifecycle for Tier-1 global institutions, focusing on high-value partners that align with our long-term growth strategy.
  • Serve as a credible consultant to C-level executives at global banks, digital wallets, and brokerage firms, aligning DriveWealth’s infrastructure with their broader commercial goals.
  • Lead the negotiation of complex, multi-year commercial agreements, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial, operationally viable, and legally sound.
  • Intelligence-gathering and execution of go-to-market strategies in priority international regions to establish a dominant local presence.
  • Act as the voice of the enterprise partner internally, working with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure our roadmap supports the requirements of the world’s most sophisticated financial entities.
  • Represent DriveWealth at executive-level industry events and conferences to strengthen our market position and cultivate a high-quality pipeline.
You Bring

  • Understanding of brokerage financial services and investing products
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, working in a structured environment
  • Superior verbal and written communications with the ability to meet, present, and sell to C-level executives
  • Self-starter who can work independently but collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel internationally in the region to prospect or partner meetings
  • Experience with CRM and Sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoover, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • A data-driven mindset to conduct research and make informed decisions
  • Series 7 preferred
  • A track record of ownership and disciplined execution in high-stakes environments
  • The ability to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on what’s critical versus important, to drive work to completion
  • A client-oriented mindset with an understanding of how your work impacts partners
  • Strength in cross-functional partnership, with the judgment to coordinate across multiple teams
  • A bias toward transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in everything you do
  • You’re committed to continuous improvement and implicitly believe that we > I.
