We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of high-quality window solutions, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team.

The company has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional products and services to homeowners across the UK. They operate within the higher end of the market, selling bespoke Timber Sliding Sash Windows, that attract a higher order value. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business, where you can establish yourself within the leadership team as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the company's range of window solutions, including energy-efficient uPVC, timber, and sash windows.
  • Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably within the home improvement or construction sector.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-Motivation : Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of the window and glazing industry, including product specifications and installation processes.
