Job summary

EVEREST (UK) LTD is seeking self-employed field sales representatives to join a forward-thinking team. You will visit homeowners at their homes to discuss design ideas, present tailored solutions using bespoke design software, and build lasting relationships.

This role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, with OTE £40,000–£60,000 per year, plus training and ongoing support. A full UK driving licence and transport access are required, and a basic DBS may be completed if you’re

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to transport.
• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented, consultative sales approach.
• Basic DBS may be required if invited to interview.

As a self-employed field sales representative, you'll have the chance to build relationships with homeowners, guiding them through their home improvement journeys.

As a Sales Representative you will:

• Attend customer appointments in their homes to discuss design ideas.
• Use bespoke design software to present home improvement solutions tailored to customers' preferences.
• Develop your knowledge and become an expert on our wide product range, including windows, doors, double and triple glazing, conservatories and materials such as uPVC and aluminium.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence and access to transport is necessary for travel to customer appointments.
