Job summary

Citrus Connect Recruitment is seeking driven Sales Representatives to join a nationwide team selling the Thermotec Insulated Roofing System to homeowners. You will conduct 2-3 pre-qualified in-home appointments daily, focusing on consultative selling of energy savings, comfort, and acoustic improvements.

You will be self-employed with uncapped commission and a potential £40k–£100k OTE, backed by comprehensive training and pre-qualified appointments to support your success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in home improvement or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A consultative selling approach with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and own a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-3 in-home presentations daily with pre-qualified appointments (provided by us!).
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand their needs.
• Clearly explain the benefits of Thermotec Insulated Roofing, emphasising energy savings, comfort, and acoustic improvements.
• Use provided POS materials to deliver engaging presentations.
• Confidently discuss technical specifications and financing options.
