Sales Representative - (Hybrid Nottingham)

Optima UK are representing a Nottingham‑based client who operates within the print, packaging and point of sale industry. We are currently supporting several pieces of recruitment owing to expansion of the business. We are therefore interested in talking to established Sales Professionals with experience in the print and packaging industry as our client grows its Sales function.

The client specialises in design, printing, point of sale, packaging, exhibitions, 3D print bureau services, and signage for clients across the UK and Europe. Operating from a modern, bespoke facility, equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology and conveniently located off junction 26 of the M1, the client is committed to delivering high‑quality solutions while maintaining environmentally responsible practices and is proud to hold ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.

Role Description

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join the business on a full‑time basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work alongside time spent at the client's Nottingham facility and with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, building, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships
  • Preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations
  • Managing leads and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Representing the brand professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with strong skills in customer relationship management and lead generation with demonstrable and quantifiable sales achievements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline
  • Experience in the printing or signage sector
