As Sales & Relationship Manager, it will be down to you to build, manage and foster relationships with clients and customers. You’ll support the wider team, making sure processes are followed up, relationships are managed with care, and performance keeps moving in the right direction. It’s a hands‑on role, blending relationship management, organisation and commercial awareness.
You won’t be asked to cold‑sell or chase hard business. Instead, your focus will be on maximising the value of existing partnerships and making sure every opportunity is handled well. You’ll work closely with the advisory team to keep things running smoothly and clients well looked after.
