We’re hiring a Recruiter to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on building and hiring high-performing sales teams. This is a hybrid role based in London, working closely with sales leadership and the broader recruiting team.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
  • Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
  • Support hiring across multiple locations, including the California Bay Area, London, Utah, Arizona, and New York.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
