About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Prospecting Analyst to join a fast-growing team, supporting clients by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role blends data analysis, lead generation, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain a smooth and data‑driven sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and drive sales conversations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospecting activities are logged.
- Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion.
- Deliver a minimum of 5 warm leads weekly through effective pitching and relationship‑building.
- Research and identify high‑potential prospects using CRM data, market intelligence, and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain a structured lead qualification process to assess prospect fit and readiness.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
- Analyse prospecting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Participate in meetings to align on sales targets, campaign performance, and market feedback.
- Support internal teams with outreach materials, presentations, and tailored proposals for early‑stage prospects.
- Collaborate with project and CRM leads to ensure lead generation aligns with campaign goals and accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or business analysis.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and data teams.
