About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Sales Prospecting Analyst to join a fast-growing team, supporting clients by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role blends data analysis, lead generation, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain a smooth and data‑driven sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and drive sales conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospecting activities are logged.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion.
  • Deliver a minimum of 5 warm leads weekly through effective pitching and relationship‑building.
  • Research and identify high‑potential prospects using CRM data, market intelligence, and digital tools.
  • Develop and maintain a structured lead qualification process to assess prospect fit and readiness.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
  • Analyse prospecting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Participate in meetings to align on sales targets, campaign performance, and market feedback.
  • Support internal teams with outreach materials, presentations, and tailored proposals for early‑stage prospects.
  • Collaborate with project and CRM leads to ensure lead generation aligns with campaign goals and accurate reporting.
