A leading estate agency in the UK is seeking a Sales Progressor in Southend-on-Sea. This part-time role involves managing client relationships, progressing sales, and ensuring a smooth home-buying experience. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a proven customer service track record, and the ability to multitask effectively.
haart Estate Agents in Westcliff are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team! This role is on a part‑time basis of 3/4 days.
As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for registering client details and keeping the sales process moving by staying in close contact with all key stakeholders. From mortgage advisers and solicitors to buyers, vendors, and surveyors — you’ll chase progress, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everyone involved.

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
