The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
  • Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to confirm order details, answer queries, and provide updates on order status.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales transactions and related documentation.
