We’re looking for a Sales and Pricing Administrator, based in Glasgow, to manage all analytical and administrative tasks related to Group Business Performance and Pricing.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain pricing for fleet and non-serialised items in Salesforce by updating, deleting, or adding price points as needed.
  • Validate pricing in Salesforce CPQ to ensure accurate pricing for each region/country.
  • Manage MSA-related contractual pricing, ensuring all price points are up-to-date.
  • Keep contracts and accounts properly linked to existing MSAs, engaging with CRM leads across regions.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to analyse price trends across Divisional, Price Groups, and Master Agreements.
  • Maintain a price log tracking changes over time and an updated list of existing and overdue Master Accounts.
  • Collaborate with the technical Salesforce teams to develop an advanced pricing update process.
  • Support the priorities and initiatives set by the Head of Business Performance.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative and analytical tasks related to sales and pricing.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel mainly)
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Data Loader is advantageous
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy
