Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil is hiring for a full-time Sales Advisor to join a lively Merthyr contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding customers through available tech products.

You should be a great listener and fluent talker, enjoy talking to people, and be motivated by hitting targets in a friendly, supportive team environment.

EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre - Full-time role - 37.5 Hours per week

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our Merthyrcontact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
