Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for the growth of our business by delivering on critical sales processes and projects, ensuring we build a platform that drives scalable growth of the business. Working in the Commercial Enablement department, you will be responsible for addressing day to day operational requirements, and actively collaborating and leading projects aligned to the team priorities. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leaders to ensure our territory model is designed and applied across the sales teams to maximise sales impact and reflect market demand. Manage the territories change process for sales reps, to build/reassign territories.
  • Coordinatethe continuous evolution of the sales headcount model aligned to defined territories, in partnership with HR and finance.
  • Manage and support incoming queries from sales reps around the rules of engagement, business policies, account, and lead allocation. Execute on account ownership changes in line with defined business rules.
  • Partner with the Finance and Commissions teams, to ensure all time critical month end processes are executed against.
  • Oversee end-to-end systems and data processes for starters, movers, leavers across the Sales organisation.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Operations/Enablement, Sales Support or Commercial Enablement is essential.
  • Growth mentality and can pro-actively tackle challenges.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel.
  • Experienced with Salesforce.
  • Excellent attention to detail with analytical skills.
