We are seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to manage our distributor relationships effectively. This role is crucial for someone with experience working with distributors, who is also skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and has a passion for customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Produce order books focusing on customer requirements and business targets across all distributors.
  • Enter orders into the system and manage customer data including pricing, part numbers, and VAS.
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues, address product-related concerns, and ensure smooth processing of orders from start to finish.
  • Analyse order books to inform customers and sales teams of any challenges preventing orders from shipping.
  • Review orders prior to the shipping window to ensure accuracy as per customer requests.
  • Support the allocation of customer orders and maintain effective communication with the warehouse to ensure timely order processing and shipment preparation.
  • Regularly communicate with key customers to review the shipping season and prepare for the next one.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as order fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction, and delays.
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and help propose solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist customers with pricing, credits, invoices, and terms.
  • Participate in training and development courses and handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with distributors (Essential).
  • Minimum of one to two years of general office experience with demonstrable skills and measurable success.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with STYLEman is desirable but not essential.
