We're looking for a driven, curious, commercially minded Sales Analyst to help power our expansion across the EMEA region. This is a role for someone who loves turning data into direction. You'll sit at the heart of Finance & Operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to uncover opportunities, sharpen performance, and fuel smarter decision‑making. What You’ll Do
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting packs, delivering clear, compelling insights to senior leaders.
  • Track and interpret key KPIs, helping the business stay aligned, informed, and ahead of the curve.
  • Spot sales opportunities by analysing trends across countries, hospitals, and product lines.
  • Support QBRs with distribution partners, bringing data‑driven clarity to performance and growth potential.
  • Evaluate pricing and profitability, benchmarking against industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards that empower teams to self‑serve and move faster.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analysis needs, providing sharp, actionable insights whenever the business needs them.

Your Background

  • 3-5 years' experience in an analytical role.
  • 3-5 years' experience working with complex datasets in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM and BI tools; Salesforce and Power BI are strong advantages.
