As Sales Office Manager at Cairn Group, you\'ll lead our internal sales team to achieve revenue growth, boost profitability, and deliver outstanding service across the hotel portfolio.
You\'ll take charge of day-to-day sales operations-managing enquiries, converting leads, and ensuring your team hits and exceeds key performance targets. Your focus will be on delivering quality service while growing margin and driving strategic business from both existing accounts and new opportunities.
Working closely with the Sales Manager/Director and Cluster Revenue Manager, you\'ll play a central role in shaping sales strategy and delivering best-in-class results through collaboration and insight.
