Job summary

butters john bee Estate Agents in Crewe is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team. You will earn £30,000 OTE per year with uncapped commission, working full-time from 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on Saturdays.

You’ll access industry-leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre to support your growth. As you progress, training continues and there are opportunities for promotion within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have access to your own vehicle
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic)
• Provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential home owners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Continue training with your mentor and support from leadership
