Our client, a prestigious real estate agency with offices in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, is looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join their team. Specialising in distinctive residential homes and charming rural retreats, our client provides comprehensive local, national, and international coverage. Their experienced team boasts a proven track record, and now they are seeking additional staff to be part of their continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, from client engagement to property viewings
  • Negotiate confidently and close deals effectively
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Contribute to business growth through exceptional customer service and market knowledge
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field - or a strong background in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with peopleA genuine desire to learn about the property industry
