Location : Bedford

Salary : up to £32,000 OTE

Hours : Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptions customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required
  • At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self‑starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
