Role
  • Act as the point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint and addressing inquiries with meticulous administrative support.
  • Create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the club, front of house and new member visits.
  • Own your membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention and growth each month.
  • Ensure all activity targets are met to achieve desired net growth.
  • Tailor membership offerings to individual needs and expand corporate memberships to prospects within the immediate locality of the club.
  • Provide advice on all activities related to Exercise Experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
  • Support the smooth operation of the club and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Take on duty shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility, dedication and leading by example in all aspects of club management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer‑centric, target‑driven role (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable to members, prospects and colleagues.
  • Good communication skills.
