Responsibilities
- Lead generation & sales enablement: Build integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads, support business development, and accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Events & partnerships: Plan and deliver customer and industry events, sponsorships, and partner activations to drive brand awareness and commercial opportunities.
- Campaign management: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, content marketing) aligned to revenue targets.
- Brand & communications: Shape messaging, PR, and thought‑leadership activity to strengthen positioning with customers, partners, and media.
- Social media management including website updating and maintenance.
- Content & collateral: Produce impactful sales tools, case studies, and presentations to support business development.
- Performance tracking: Measure ROI on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities; report on KPIs to the leadership team.
- Agency & budget management: Oversee agencies, suppliers, and budgets to deliver maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, social media and events management, ideally within tech, media, or subscription services.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM tools.
- Good design skills with the creative ability to use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Excellent project management skills and able to run multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and focus on outcomes.
- Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders across sales, product, and leadership teams.
Benefits
Salary: £35K plus £1K travel allowance, £7.5K bonus and excellent benefits package
