About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing, innovative new homes builder, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead their sales and marketing function. You will take full responsibility for land appraisal, marketing research, pricing, site launches, and managing reservations through to customer handovers.

You will also contribute at board level, helping to shape the long‑term strategy and growth of the business, ensuring the Sales and Marketing department drives value, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Land Acquisition & Market Insight: Conduct market research to support land acquisition and product planning; recommend house types and specifications based on local market insights; provide competitor and market analysis for all land purchase exercises.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute site launch programmes on time and budget; oversee production of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns; deliver marketing strategies that generate high-quality enquiries and sales; maximise selling prices and revenue while managing customer incentives.
  • Customer Experience & Team Leadership: Lead a customer‑focused culture across the Sales and Marketing team; manage, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team; monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
