Qualifications

SALARY:

£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £70,000+)

WORKING HOURS OF A SALES MANAGER:
  • 48 hour working week, across 5 days, including weekends
DUTIES:
  • Lead the showroom sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential
  • Engage with customers and support the sales process where needed
  • Second face and close deals to maximise conversion
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and FCA regulations
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management
THE CANDIDATE:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales manager role within a used car supermarket
  • Previous management or senior sales role experience preferred
  • Confident closer with strong second-facing ability
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills
  • Highly driven, process-focused, and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • FCA accreditation (training provided)
