With a strong reputation built on trust and performance, we’re expanding our reach and seeking a results‑driven Sales and Business Development Manager to grow our client base and maximise opportunities within existing accounts.

Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving business growth by developing new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and promoting our full range of logistics and transport services. This role suits a proactive sales professional with proven experience in the warehouse, transport, or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within transport and logistics.
  • Grow revenue from existing customers through account management and upselling.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
About You
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within warehousing, transport, or logistics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and transport operations.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
