Our surfaces sell themselves. To meet the growing demand for quartz, porcelain and mineral countertops, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager covering the Birmingham, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire area.
Joining our long standing and dedicated regional team, the main responsibility of the role will be to increase product sales and contribute to the overall success of the business. The successful candidate will maximise demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom (K&B) channel. Supporting kitchen designers in effectively promoting Caesarstone at the point of sale, by engaging with showrooms to promote our range of surfaces through displays and samples. Management of fabricators and servicing fabricator accounts as well as setting up terms, providing quotations and any marketing collateral. An important part of the role is sustaining and developing current relationships, as well as forming new ones with clients.
Although full product training will be given, you must be target driven and engaging with a passion for sales and success. Field sales experience is a must. You will be expected to provide product knowledge sessions with the designers, and promote the Caesarstone colour collection. The position will require some travel to sales meetings (Head office in Enfield, North London) and occasional overnight stays. We will provide you with a company car, laptop and mobile phone.
