Sales Manager (High End Catering Equipment)

Remote Position (Southwest of England Patch / M4 Corridor)

Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a role which offers an excellent earning potential with uncapped commission and a company car? Are you experienced in selling disruptive products into traditional markets and looking to join a young, fast growing company that offers enhanced holidays and a remote position?

The company was established a decade ago as a startup and has since grown in both revenue and headcount. The company designs, manufactures and distributes their own range of catering products to the commercial and residential sectors.

They are pioneering how commercial kitchens operate with industry‑leading technology focused on reducing electricity consumption, minimising costs and increasing overall quality.

Responsibilities
  • Work 8‑5 Monday to Friday, travelling to client sites in the Southwest of England to conduct product demonstrations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the existing sales team to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Engage both existing and new clients to progress the business outreach.
  • Conduct market research and generate new leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPI targets set and monitored by the Commercial Director and National Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales manager position or similar role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
