This role requires experience in construction sales, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders and developing strategies for new projects. They are now looking to recruit a field-based Sales Manager to cover the South East comprising of Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, East Sussex and Greater London postcodes SE, E, N EC.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales pipeline through strategic sales planning. The role will be key in ensuring the company are market leaders by generating sales opportunities through lead management, sales calls and customer support.
To be considered for this position you need to have experience working in field sales within the construction / building products or commercial interiors market targeting specifiers and contractors.
You need to be self-motivated, ambitious and a proven new business winner with a successful track record in technical sales and solution selling.
As well as being an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter and be customer focused, results driven and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
On offer is a salary of £50,000-£58,000 plus up to 30% of salary annual bonus plus a £7,500 car allowance, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, pension matched up to 7%, 4x salary life assurance, wellbeing support and volunteering and team building days.
