Sales Manager - UK & Ireland

Location: UK & Ireland

Viridis Talent are recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the UK & Ireland within the renewable energy sector. This is a client-facing role focused on PV mounting systems and associated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets
• Drive new customer acquisition and manage partner relationships
• Provide technical product presentations and training sessions
• Independently manage the sales cycle including proposals, negotiations, and contracts
• Collect payments in line with agreed terms
• Support order reviews and customer satisfaction follow-up
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

• Technical or commercial training with sales experience in technical products
• Minimum 3 years\' sales experience in the PV sector
• Strong knowledge of PV rooftop and ground mounting systems
• Fluent English, additional languages an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, team-oriented, and confident in presentations
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland
