As the Sales Manager, Ramp Strategy & Central Hotel Services - EAME, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial performance for newly opening or transitioning hotels during the critical ramp‑up period. You will ensure short‑ and mid‑term sales strategies are tailored to each hotel's unique positioning, market entry goals, and commercial potential. You will proactively identify and pursue revenue‑generating opportunities through market intelligence, strategic targeting, and professional selling practices. Key focus areas include the negotiated transient and group segments, prospecting and converting new business, and partnering with hotel teams on property‑specific commercial goals. You will also support tactical action plans that accelerate sales traction and align with broader commercial strategies. You will leverage data, sales tools, and lead‑generation platforms to optimize funnel management, respond to inbound demand, and drive proactive outbound sales efforts. This role is instrumental in creating sales momentum during a time of heightened need, requiring agility, strong communication, and a deep understanding of sales systems, hotel operations, and ramp strategy. Success depends on quickly adapting, building strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a sharp focus on performance outcomes. This position reports to the Director, Sales, Ramp Strategy, Performance Optimization & Central Hotel Services and may be based in London, Madrid, Paris, or Zurich, depending on the candidate's location and right to work.
