What will you be doing as a Sales Manager - movebutler
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Onboarding Specialists to achieve individual and team sales, service, and cross-sell targets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Movebutler system, working closely with product and tech teams to enhance workflows, improve conversion rates, and elevate client experience.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and key stakeholders to maximise client engagement and conversion opportunities across partner networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner estate agents, solicitors, and business owners to ensure high service standards and mutual success.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and MI reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Forecast and plan activity over a 60-day horizon, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic and financial planning, working with senior leadership to meet revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to prevent churn and drive additional growth.
  • Champion process improvements that streamline the sales journey, enhance client satisfaction, and boost service uptake.
  • Represent Movebutler professionally at all times, ensuring communications reflect our brand values and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales or service leadership role, ideally within estate agency, conveyancing, or property services.
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of driving team performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and act on insights to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and development skills with the ability to inspire and support team members to reach their potential.
  • Confident communicator and ambassador for Movebutler and iamproperty, capable of representing the brand professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, sales growth, and operational delivery within a client-focused environment.
  • Proactive, hands‑on problem solver with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results‑oriented and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
