Overview

Sales Manager (Leasing Division) – Milton Keynes — Up to £45,000 (based on experience) plus uncapped commission.

This client provides an unrivalled range of products and services to the UK vehicle leasing market and has grown to become one of the biggest and most trusted suppliers to the UK motor industry. They pride themselves on service and a strong team culture. The role is to lead sales into the vehicle contract hire and fleet management sector.

Responsibilities
  • Sell into the UK car, van & truck Leasing, and leasing broker market.
  • Plan to successfully deliver targets and undertake activities required to win new customers.
  • Align objectives and create a value proposition that wins business.
  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients, driving new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing clients to increase financial value—improve margins, cross-sell, up-sell, introduce new services, and obtain referrals.
  • Deliver value in client meetings and actively seek revenue growth rather than relying on email alone.
