Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and coach sales staff to deliver excellent service and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain high presentation standards at the dealership and online imagery.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth running of the sales department, controlling volume and margin KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales.
• Communicate with customers with integrity and transparency; professionalism is key.
• Raise the Stoneacre brand by delivering five-star service.
