Island Bakery are looking for a Sales Manager to join their small, family run biscuit manufacturing business on the Isle of Mull.

The company produce an award winning range of organic biscuits for their own brand and for leading UK retailers, operating from a close knit factory team based in Tobermory.

The role covers everything relating to sales for UK and international trade customers.

You will manage accounts, oversee promotions and trade advertising, handle price changes, and support the introduction of new products.

You will also administer customer deliveries, prepare customs and export paperwork, arrange transport, and resolve delivery issues.

A wider element of general business management sits within the role, giving you a chance to influence how the business continues to grow.

Strong planning and organisational skills are essential along with good communication, self reliance, and a friendly customer focused manner.

You should be confident with common office software, comfortable with numbers, and commercially aware.

Sales experience is helpful but not required and the business will consider applicants at every stage of their career.
