As First Line Sales Manager, you’ll lead a sales team focused on selling our SaaS solutions into the health and care sector. You’ll be responsible for coaching your team, driving performance, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers within the Health & Care sector

You will......

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Health & Care customers
  • Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets
  • Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and procurement frameworks
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
  • Stay informed on health and care and public sector policy, funding cycles, and digital transformation trends within your sector

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales management, ideally within health and care or wider public sector technology
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for leadership, inspiring teams and driving the right sales behaviours that deliver sustainable growth
